If you’re a lettuce lover like me, you can understand my dilemma. Every time I buy pre-washed baby greens, they’re soggy and slimy by the time I open the bag three days later—even when the expiration date says they will last five days! But my s mall apartment and limited cabinet space precludes me from owning a huge salad spinner to wash fresh greens. This nifty device solves all my problems.
