For a spirited summer party, serve this fruity concoction. Whether as a cocktail or dessert is up to you.
JELL-O Strawberry Breezer Mousse-tini
Makes: 10 servings
• 2 packages (4-serving size each) JELL-O Strawberry Daiquiri Flavor Gelatin, divided
• 2 ½ cups boiling water
• 1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
• ½ cup light rum (substitute ½ cup water to make it non-alcoholic)
• 1 Tbsp. lime juice
1. Spread 1 package gelatin onto large plate.
2. Dip rims of eight martini glasses in cold water, then in gelatin powder; set aside.
3. Pour unused gelatin from plate into medium bowl. Add contents of second package. Gradually add boiling water, stirring at least 2 minutes with whisk until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in whipped topping, rum and lime juice.
4. Pour into prepared glasses. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
