I love peanut butter—but put a jar in front of me and I’m bound to eat a spoonful (or four) without even thinking about it. We all know that nuts contains “healthy” fats, but shoveling PB into my mouth is definitely not the best way to a slim waistline. So I love Justin’s 100-calorie packs of organic honey peanut butter and maple almond butter. I can eat one (or one of each!) as an afternoon snack with a granny smith apple or on whole-wheat bread without an ounce of guilt. The 100-calorie packs may be tough to find—I got mine at a small health-food store—but you can order their other products online.
